Le Mas

Located just 1.5km from the center of the village of Cotignac, by the river, the Mas de la Bauquière is a typical Provence building, the main part of which is over three centuries old.

Description

This 160 m² house, accessible at the end of a peaceful dead end, is set on a terraced garden of 8000 m², on which you will find a large swimming pool (11mx5m), as well as a bowling alley. This house is made up of several independent parts (a suite on the ground floor and an apartment on the entire top floor) and several terraces; this arrangement facilitates the use of the house by families or different generations when renting by groups.

This three-storey house is composed as follows: On the ground floor • A large fitted kitchen (15 m²) including fridge, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, • A small living room, • A dining area with wood stove, • A living room with pellet stove, television, • A toilet, • An independent suite, accessible from the outside, consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom with large hotel bedding (160cm), and a bathroom with WC.

First floor • A bedroom with sleeping in a sofa bed (140cm), equipped with a fan, • A bedroom with large hotel quality bed (160cm), equipped with a fan and giving access to the bathroom with WC and washing machine

On the second floor, completely independent entrance from the outside, view of the Massif des Maures • A very large bedroom with large hotel quality bed (160cm), equipped with a fan, • An air-conditioned living room with dining area, a quality Dunlopilo sofa bed (135cm), a television, • a small equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob), • a bathroom with WC.

Our priority to satisfy you was first and foremost the quality of the beds, so all our beds have top hotel quality mattresses and ears, and the sofa beds are also of good quality. To improve your comfort, we have chosen 100% linen sheets. Always in the interests of well-being, the accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning or fans in all the rooms dedicated to sleeping, two equipped kitchens, and several terraces with views of the olive trees! We wanted to combine comfort and simplicity in this accommodation, with noble and natural materials (terracotta tiles, seagrass, wood, linen ...) and colored tones which underline the holidays in the sun.
