The Cabanon

Located just 1.5km from the center of the village of Cotignac, by the river, "Le Cabanon" is a private and independent suite, part of a farmhouse, the main part of which is over three centuries old.

Description

This accommodation is a 20 m² suite, located on the ground floor, including a bedroom with shower room, and a private terrace. In addition to this accommodation, there is a share access to a garden of 8000 m² hiding many nooks and crannies for relaxation, a large swimming pool (11mx5m) with ten deckchairs, and a pétanque court.

The Cabanon

The suite consists of a room of 16 square meters, and a bathroom of 4 square meters.

Our priority to satisfy you was first of all the quality of the sleeping arrangements, so you will find a 160cm wide bed with a high quality mattress that has won all the mattress competitions in recent years! To improve your comfort, we have chosen 100% linen sheets.

Still in the interests of comfort, the room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a small fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle (samples of coffee and tea will be on site), and a wardrobe for your clothes.
(We point out that there is no kitchen in this accommodation but you can eat on your private terrace, and on request we provide you with the dishes to eat, and collect your garbage.)

We wanted to combine comfort and simplicity in this suite, with noble and natural materials (stone, wood, linen ...) and soft and neutral color tones that harmonize with the whole of the house and the external environment.

The whole is an invitation to calm and relaxation for your holidays!
